The KTM Explorer helmet is an advanced-range Adventure model, designed for men and women looking for a versatile helmet for travel, part of the Helmets category within Powerwear. It comes in a brown, orange and black combination, with a weight of 1,550 g (± 50 g).

The shell is made from 100 % fiberglass and is offered in 3 shell sizes to match the volume to each size. It features an adjustable, removable visor, plus an included sun visor and a scratch-resistant shield with UV-resistant treatment. The liner is removable and washable, with laser-cut foam, and the EPS includes ventilation channels combined with chin and top intakes, along with several extractors to release hot air. It includes a Pinlock® 70 MaxVision™ lens, an emergency release system, a metal ratchet closure, visor lock and a reinforced chin strap.

The photo shows the Adventure shape with a sun peak and clear shield, in a matte finish across the brown, orange and black tones described, with the ventilation intakes visible at the front and top of the shell.

In use, the combination of the included sun visor, Pinlock and EPS ventilation channels helps adapt to different light and temperature conditions on long rides, while the ratchet closure and visor lock allow for quick and secure adjustment.
