This rear shock is part of WP's APEX range and is designed for riders looking for a genuine step up in quality over the standard suspension, whether for sporty road riding or track days. It features spring preload adjustment, high- and low-speed compression damping adjustment, plus low-speed rebound damping, allowing the rear end's behaviour to be fine-tuned to the riding style and road conditions.

The unit is supplied with an 86 N/mm spring already fitted and an APEX range identification sticker. This independent high-speed and low-speed compression valving setup comes from motorsport development, brought here to a road-going shock aimed at improving rear-end response and feedback in any situation.

The photo shows the black cylindrical body, the signature red APEX coil spring, the forked lower mount and the adjustment clickers visible at the top and bottom of the body, with the WP APEX label on the side.

On the road, this setup allows later braking and earlier acceleration thanks to better feedback from the rear tyre, delivering more grip, traction and ground contact, along with greater comfort in everyday riding.
