This handlebar mount bushing kit is the KTM PowerParts solution for riders who want to replace the standard damped mounting with a rigid fixation, a common choice among motocross and enduro riders looking for a more direct feel at the handlebar. It is a replacement part designed for the handlebar mount assembly, not for the damping system itself.
It is made of aluminium with an anodized finish, the same surface treatment that protects against wear and keeps the part looking good over time. Being rigid bushings, they eliminate the travel of the rubber dampers fitted on the original mount, leaving a solid connection between the handlebar and the clamp.
The photo shows the machined aluminium bushings, cylindrical in shape with a uniform anodized finish, with well-defined contact surfaces to fit into the handlebar mount.
With this change, the handlebar stays firmly anchored with no play, transmitting terrain and front-end feedback more directly, an option many competition riders prefer over the standard damped mounting.
