This KTM dongle is an electronic connector from the PowerParts range that, once installed on the bike, unlocks ABS modes beyond those fitted as standard: “Supermoto” mode and “OFF” mode. In Supermoto mode, ABS acts on the front wheel only, so the rear wheel can lock freely without the system intervening in braking. In OFF mode, the ABS function is completely disabled on both the front and rear wheels, and this deactivation is retained even after switching the ignition off and back on.

It is a compact electronic component that plugs into the point provided in the motorcycle's wiring, with no need for additional cabling or special tools for fitting, acting directly on the electronic management of the braking system.

The photo shows a small, lightweight part with a sealed body, with the corresponding connector at one end, with a plain finish consistent with the rest of KTM's original electrical components.

KTM recommends keeping ABS functions active whenever riding on public roads, reserving the Supermoto and OFF modes enabled by this dongle for more sporty or circuit use, where manual control of wheel lock-up is desired.

With the ABS switch, additional functions are activated in the control of the ABS and the ECU (only 1190 Adventure).

Possible functions:
- 1 channel ABS Mode: The rear wheel can be blocked; the ABS only regulates the front wheel
- "Off" ABS Mode: The ABS remains disabled even when disconnecting and connecting the ignition
