This Akrapovič Racing Line exhaust kit for KTM is a complete system of headers and silencer designed for exclusive use on the race track, with a development inspired by factory racing exhausts.
The silencer body is made from high-quality titanium, while the end cap and heat shield are made from carbon fibre; the header and pre-silencer are made from stainless steel. The complete system weighs 6.4 kg and carries CCCUO_EU approval, with finishes befitting a competition-level development.

With the specific engine mapping that comes with the kit, power increases up to 135 hp and torque up to 106 Nm, with a sound level of 102.5 dB(A) measured statically at 5,000 rpm, within FIM noise regulations. Fitting requires disconnecting the turn signals and deactivates cruise control; it also enables the Engine Brake Control function, which allows the bike's engine braking to be adjusted across 5 levels.
