The Bionic KTM Plus Knee Protector is an impact-absorbing knee guard designed specifically for young riders who practise motocross, within the Powerwear range of functional protection. It is CE Level 1 certified and available in one size for kids.
Its construction combines an outer thermoplastic rubber shell (64%) with EVA, or ethylene vinyl acetate, padding (22%), reinforced with polyester (10%), polyurethane (2%) and other materials (2%). The design uses asymmetric, lightweight panels that extend the protective surface to reduce knee rotation, together with a flex channel in the shell that follows the joint's movement. The Dual Strap closure, originally developed for the range's elbow protectors, improves fit and adaptability on the leg.
The photo shows an orange and black knee guard, with the rigid shell on the front and ventilated 3D mesh panels on the sides, revealing the textile weave beneath the padding. The upper profile shows the stitching and the raised padding details, with a technical finish typical of motocross gear.
In use, this knee guard offers protection against impacts to the joint without compromising ergonomics or freedom of movement, while the ventilated panels and mesh material enhance comfort and prevent heat build-up, maintaining contact with the skin while riding.

Aquellos que no estén disponibles de forma inmediata se solicitarán a nuestro proveedor oficial cada día laborable, momento en el que se calcularán los tiempos estimados de recepción, salvo durante el 24 de diciembre al 2 de enero, periodo en el que los pedidos se gestionarán a partir del 2 de enero debido a las vacaciones.
Los envíos se realizan mediante transportista, con un plazo aproximado de 48 a 72 horas laborables para entregas nacionales. Los envíos internacionales pueden tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables, salvo en periodos de parón por mantenimiento, vacaciones o alta demanda, como durante el Black Friday.
La entrega de motos se coordina directamente con el comercial durante la compra.
