This fork protector kit is a KTM PowerParts spare that covers the front fork tubes to protect them from knocks, stones and scuffing during use. It fits directly onto the fork legs, in the front area most exposed to impacts.
It is made from plastic, a lightweight, resistant material that absorbs impacts well without transmitting them directly to the chromed tubes. It carries HOMNN_EU approval, certifying its compliance with European regulations for registered motorcycles.
The photo shows a set of parts in white with a uniform, matte finish, an elongated, curved shape that fits the diameter of the fork tubes, a smooth surface and precise cut-outs so as not to interfere with the fender or the braking components.
Day to day, it protects the fork tubes from impacts by stones and branches, helping to preserve the suspension's correct sliding action, and gives the bike a white finish that contrasts with its usual orange colour.
