This KTM brake pad for the front disc is designed for riders who want progressive, controlled braking with a softer feel than sintered pads. It is part of the spare parts range for replacing the front braking system.

It is made from an organic compound with a high content of this type of material, giving it a lower hardness than sintered compounds and, consequently, a lower friction coefficient. It also features a ceramic base that acts as a thermal insulator, reducing heat transfer to the hydraulic system. It carries CCCUO_EU approval.

The photo shows the pair of pads with the dark-toned friction material bonded to a metal backing plate, with the outline and mounting holes designed for installation in the front caliper.

In daily use it delivers a less aggressive braking feel than sintered pads, with progressive bite that makes it easy to modulate braking on the road and in moderate off-road use.
