The Roadlok anti-theft device is a disc lock designed for riders looking for extra protection against theft when the bike is parked on the street. This PowerParts system is permanently fitted onto the front brake caliper itself, so it is always on hand without needing to be stored or carried separately.
It is made from high-quality machined aluminium, with an anodised surface that provides an elegant, durable finish. The locking pin is made from highly resistant steel and engages directly into one of the holes in the brake disc. The unit bolts onto the caliper, so once locked, the wheel is completely immobilised and cannot be removed without the matching key.
The photo shows the orange aluminium body, with the integrated locking mechanism and the lock cylinder visible on one side. The anodised finish gives it a refined look that contrasts with the sturdiness of the unit.
With this system fitted, the bike is locked directly through the brake disc, an anchor point that makes it considerably harder for anyone to move or load the bike without first disabling it.
