This aluminium handlebar belongs to KTM's PowerParts range and is designed for riders looking for a robust replacement to swap out the original equipment after heavy use or a crash. Its design keeps the factory geometry, with a height of 113 mm, a width of 779 mm and a distance between supports of 75 mm, measurements that preserve the usual riding position without needing to readjust other components of the cockpit.
It is made from high-strength aluminium, put through specific test cycles to guarantee its behaviour under the loads and vibrations typical of competition use. The surface has an anodized finish that protects the material and adds durability against wear. It also features position marks engraved on the tube itself, making it easier to centre the controls, grip and clamps at the same point every time an adjustment is made.
The photo shows KTM's characteristic orange colour with a uniform anodized finish, a constant-section tube and the reference marks mentioned above, visible as small transverse notches along the handlebar. The assembly shows a clean finish, with no visible welds, typical of a direct-fit spare part.
