This KTM Wave brake disc for the front axle is the competition-oriented option designed for riders seeking maximum braking power on track. With a diameter of 320 mm and ABE approval, it is a large-diameter disc aimed at high-displacement single-cylinder motorcycles.

Built from aluminium and stainless steel, with the high-performance outer ring handling friction with the brake pads and an anodized inner ring, the disc features a floating mount system that prevents warping and vibration under braking. This architecture maintains a highly precise bite point across the full temperature range, with no fading, so braking power stays consistent both when cold and after repeated, demanding braking.

The photograph highlights the wave-shaped profile typical of the Wave series and the orange anodized inner ring, matching the brand's styling, which contrasts with the silver tone of the stainless steel outer ring. The anodized surface gives it an elegant, durable finish.

In use, this construction reduces the lever force required to achieve the same braking power, provides perfect modulation and delivers the braking feel typical of competition, adding greater safety in any situation.
