This lowering kit belongs to KTM's PowerParts range and is designed for shorter riders who want to reduce seat height without giving up chassis performance. It is a rear-end replacement part, specifically for the suspension linkage.
According to the manufacturer, it is made from high-quality materials and has been tested under demanding conditions, as well as developed together with the vehicle to integrate with the rest of the rear suspension components. The kit reduces seat height by 50 mm and carries CCCUO_EU approval, maintaining the balance between maximum chassis performance and the lowest possible seat height.
In the photo you can see the rear suspension linkage machined from metal, with a natural finish and the various links and mounting points that replace the original assembly.
Fitted to the swingarm, this system allows shorter riders to get a better footing on the ground and gain confidence when stopping the bike, without any restriction to riding dynamics or penalty to rear suspension travel.
