This APEX range rear shock is designed for those who want to improve on the standard suspension's behaviour on mid-capacity models, both for city riding and more demanding routes. It allows adjustment of spring preload, rebound damping and compression damping, tailoring the setup to the load and riding style.

According to the manufacturer, it stands out for its good cooling properties and for maintaining consistent performance even during prolonged use, avoiding loss of effectiveness from internal oil heating. The kit includes a 120 N/mm spring already fitted and a range identification sticker. For use on KTM RC 125-390 the manufacturer states that the setup should be adapted according to the alternative adjustment table available in the product documentation.

The photo shows the shock body in black, the red spring typical of the APEX range, the lower mount and the adjustment clickers at the top, with the WP APEX label visible on the side of the body.

In everyday use, this shock delivers greater comfort and a more stable rear-end behaviour, with a setup that can be personalised according to how the bike is used.
