What is this program about?

This program recognizes dealers and technicians who have achieved the highest level of technical training and customer service KTM offers.

The Orange Level service center is a 12-month program with four major goals:

- Technicians must participate and approve the ongoing educational development offered at any of the three KTM Factory Certified Training Centers.

- Dealerships must maintain a full set of standard and special tools.

- Dealers must maintain a high qualification of customer service - Orange service centers can repair and perform warranty work on any KTM model, even if the dealer has not been qualified to sell that specific model.

Orange Light l technicians are recognized for being equipped in specially designed KTM work shirts. Each "Light Orange" technician is awarded a badge when he reaches OLS status after attending and completing the curriculum of the specific training course. .
