This spoke wrench is a dedicated tool for adjusting and tensioning wheel spokes, designed for workshop mechanics and riders who service their own KTM bike. It allows you to work on the nipples without damaging their heads, which matters a lot if you care about the condition of the rim and wheel trueing.
It is made from steel, a material that provides the strength needed to withstand the tightening torque required by the spokes without deforming. It features two sizes in the same tool, 6 mm and 6.8 mm, covering the most common nipple sizes without the need for several separate wrenches. It carries HOMNN_EU homologation.
The photo shows a flat, slim-profile wrench with a matte metallic finish typical of untreated steel, and two openings shaped to match each nipple diameter, one at each end of the tool.
In daily use, having both sizes in a single spoke wrench speeds up tension adjustment and wheel trueing, a routine task after demanding use or when play is detected in a spoke. Its compact size means it can be carried in the tool backpack or pannier to work on the move if needed.
