This rugged offroad glove is part of the Functional range of KTM Powerwear, in an orange version, and is available for both men and women looking for more consistent protection than a lightweight motocross glove without giving up feel on the controls.
It is made from a blend of 50% nylon, 45% polyester and 5% spandex. The spaces between the fingers are finished in Lycra, a stretch material that follows the movement of the hand, while the palm features Nanofront material, which improves grip on the handlebar and levers. The wrist closure is a velcro strap reinforced with TPR, designed to keep the glove firmly in place without shifting during use.
In the image the glove appears in orange, with the back in technical fabric and pronounced stitching that reinforces the knuckle area and the join with the palm. The velcro wrist closure stands out in a matching tone to the rest of the piece, and the palm shows the denser texture typical of the Nanofront material.
The Lycra construction between the fingers and the reinforced palm are designed to offer a more resistant glove than the lightweight model, while maintaining grip on the controls during motocross use.
